At The Tabernacle, we aim to instill a desire for life long worship with our youngest worshipers.  Our goal is to provide a safe and caring place where kids can begin learning about God and interact with God in a kid-friendly, safe environment.

SUNDAY MORNINGS: Our babies to four-year-old preschoolers are cared for by a loving staff in our licensed day care facility. We follow the best practices for child care safety and early development. The preschool building is staffed for the Worship Service at 10:00 a.m. Our preschool worship is filled with Bible stories, life application stories, games, and large group worship with singing, dancing, and scripture memorization. We have small group breakouts to continue the lesson theme and provide continued hands-on interaction.

Mops – Mother’s of Preschoolers

Time: The 2nd and 4th of each month at  9:30 – 11:30am
Where: Family Life Center

MOPS is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers… We believe that incubating hearts and giving just-because-hugs can change the course of history. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find our identity by journeying alongside one another.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten. We know it’s a little confusing so let’s just stick with “MOPS.” We are moms, and we believe that better moms make a better world. MOPS at The Tabernacle meets the 2nd and 4th of each month, with exceptions near holidays.  We provide childcare adjacent to our MOPS meeting place for children thru kindergarten age, and use the Moppets program.

We meet from 9:30 – 11:30am in the Family Life Center on our campus.  A typical meeting begins with brunch, followed by a teaching and small group discussion time. We typically end with a craft or community project. If you have further questions or would like to join us, please contact Cara Sobkowiak at (716) 675-2888.

3D Women

Morning Edition
Time: Tuesday Morning, 9:15am, September – June
Where: Tabernacle Family Life Center

Evening Edition
Time: Tuesday Evenings, 7:00-8:30pm, September – June. Also available online through live-streaming each week
Where: World Leadership Center

The heart of the 3D Evening Edition is to see each woman experience a tangible reality of the presence of God. As we worship, we touch the Living God in a very real way. We feel His presence, and when we listen, we can hear His voice speaking to us: through each other as we share our Distinct testimonies where God has supernaturally touched our lives, through the presentation of a teaching that is given through the leading of the Holy Spirit, and through this worship and prayer ministry.

Men of Valor

Time: Tuesday night, 7:00pm, September – May
Where: Tabernacle Family Life Center

We are about creating opportunities for men to know Christ better, and to have greater confidence in our true identity.  We promote fellowship among men, whether through Bible study, small group, or a fellowship event.

We meet on Tuesday evenings in the World Prayer Center at 7 pm, and also for Saturday breakfast meetings during the year that feature speakers, sharing testimonies, and worship. Our annual Mighty Man of Valor awards are presented each September, an event open to anyone who wishes to attend, and we are hoping to plan a retreat for early Spring.  In addition to this, our men are frequently asked to assist in various projects on and off the church campus.

Time: Thursday Nights, 7-9pm
Where: Tabernacle Worship Center

Our goal is to provide quality programs, productions, and training that will reach the world as well as those within our church body. Our Goal — true excellence. Our Mission — to reach those that are lost through the restoration of the arts within the church… ALL to bring worship to our Lord.

experiencing the Presence of God is central to our ministry at The Tabernacle. The word of God says that He “inhabits the praises of His people.” Praise & Worship, facilitated through the use of the Arts, stirs the heart of God and moves us into a place of divine encounter!

The foundation of our worship and the use of arts within the church, is the desire to experience the presence and glory of God. We believe that music and the arts bring people to a place of worship where a face to face encounter with God is available to them. God longs to reveal Himself to us; for us to abide with Him and experience His healing, His grace, His love, His power and glory (Psalm 68:24-28). True worship carries us to that place, and that is why our priority is to bring all expressions of the arts in worship back into the church.

At The Tabernacle, you will both hear and see a worship experience. This experience is expressed through music of all styles, both songs that we have written and songs being sung worldwide. You will see people passionately expressing their heart of worship through dance (Psalm 149:3), raising their hands (Psalm 63:4,134:2), clapping (Psalm 47:1), bowing (Phil 3:19), freely singing both the written (Psalm 4:1) and unwritten song (Psalm 98:1), and even shouting (Psalm 47:1) and jumping (Psalm 18:29) with exuberance in praise before Him. Although it is all expressed in beautiful order (1 Cor 14:40), it is a time where we are captivated by our living God and the joy of knowing Him (Ephesians 3:14-21)!
